A marketing persona is an imagined profile for the kind of customer you expect to use your business/product. They are created based on information and research (S.W.O.T analysis, Porter’s five forces etc) and basically serve as a way to more effectively target the demographic, by making educated assumptions on what social media platforms they use the most, what kinds of media they consume more frequently than the rest.
For our projects at uni, we need to make 3 separate personas. So it’s pretty convenient that I have 3 well-defined groups in my target demographic. I’ve made them based on the audiences detailed in previous posts.
